    Collection Pack

    You may purchase a collection pack to send your inclusions to Sophie Created. For local customers, we are pleased to offer the option to arrange a convenient drop-off. .

    Confirmation Email

    After we receive your inclusions at our workshop, we will confirm their arrival. Then, we will carefully start making your jewellery.

    Final Steps

    We will inform you once your order has been completed. Your jewellery will be gift-wrapped and accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity and detailed aftercare instructions along woith your complimentary ‘Hug from Heaven’ stone . Any unused inclusions will be carefully packaged and returned to you securely.

Ordering your Collection Kit

Purchasing a collection pack is the first step in creating meaningful memorial jewellery. This specially prepared kit allows you to safely and securely send your inclusions—such as ashes, hair, fabric, or other cherished items—to be transformed into a lasting keepsake. Each pack includes clear instructions, labeled containers, and protective packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.

It’s a simple, thoughtful way to begin the process of preserving precious memories in a beautiful piece of jewellery.

Postage Information

Sending Your Inclusions

To create your keepsake, we only need a small amount:

  • For ashes or hair: A pinch of hair or approximately a teaspoon of ashes per item is sufficient. Please place them in a well-sealed bag, then inside an envelope.

  • For breastmilk: We require just 10ml of milk, sealed securely in a breastmilk storage bag to avoid leaks. We recommend placing this inside a cardboard envelope for extra protection. The milk does not need to be fresh — frozen milk is perfectly fine. Please note: any unused milk will not be returned, so only send the required amount.

Be sure to include a note with your name inside the package so we can match your inclusions to your order. Also, write your return address clearly on the back of the envelope, just in case it needs to be returned by the postal service.

Collection Kits

Alternatively, you can purchase one of our Ashes/Hair Collection Kits, which includes everything you need to safely send your inclusions — a return box, labelled envelope, and clear instructions.

Posting Instructions

Please use a Large Letter stamp, or we recommend sending your items via the Post Office with a signed-for service for extra peace of mind.
Our posting address will be emailed to you after checkout.

Please note: If insufficient postage is applied, any additional charges will be billed to you — so do check carefully before posting.

Local Collection & Drop-off (WS9 Area)

If you’re local to the WS9 postcode, you’re welcome to:

  • Drop off your inclusions in person by appointment, or

  • Collect your completed order in person, also by appointment.
