To maintain its shine, silver jewellery can be gently cleaned and polished using a high-quality silver polishing product. When polishing, take care to focus only on the silver and avoid allowing polishing compounds to touch the stone inclusions.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your Inclusions jewellery, we recommend the following:
• Remove your jewellery before bathing, showering, or swimming.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV rays.
• Keep jewellery away from make-up, hair and beauty products, moisturisers, perfumes, and harsh chemicals (including cleaning products).
• When removing your jewellery, wipe it with the silver polishing cloth provided to remove any residue that may have built up during the day.
• Always store your jewellery in the gift box provided, to keep it protected.

Every piece of Inclusions jewellery comes with a free 1-year re-glazing service. If your jewellery becomes dulled from regular wear within the first year, we will repolish and re-glaze it free of charge. After the first year, this service is available at £20 plus postage.
